Chris Bole

Project Manager

I hail from Los Alamitos, CA, and after graduating from Long Beach State, I joined Input 1, where I am currently the IT Project Manager. I strive to make our company as system friendly as possible to optimize the work experience of my co-workers while improving my own knowledge of the workplace and the world. By combining my work philosophy, do it right the first time, with my project management, analysis, and problem-solving skills, I'm proud to have been part of the team that implemented the new check remittance system (RTL) for Accounting, our knowledge base (Document360), and help desk ticketing solution (Zoho Desk). When off the clock, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Gillian, and our two boys, Andrew (15) and Connor (13), as well as hiking, racquetball, and baseball.

Don Buck

Assistant Vice President, Customer Care

As AVP, Customer Care, I treat every customer contact as a vote of trust that is to be respected, valued, and honored with exceptional service. To align well with my colleagues and business partners in creating an amazing customer experience environment, I earned my dual master’s degrees in Business and Counseling on top of the extensive business experience gained while working at world class innovative companies such as Input 1, Bank of America, Citibank, and Mars, Inc. I consider myself bi-coastal, having grown up in Baltimore and now living in Port Hueneme, California. I spent 4 years in the Air Force, reaching the rank of E5 and have also won a USTA National Recreational Tennis Championship Title.

Heidi Cameron

People Operations Manager

Heidi is dedicated to designing a great employee experience by cultivating a people-centric approach to business. Her focus on driving the utilization of technology to automate traditional HR tasks creates space for increased productivity, innovation, and collaboration between employees and managers. Heidi graduated from DeVry University and grew up in the San Fernando Valley, a suburb of Los Angeles. She currently lives in Woodland Hills with her husband and 2 children. Some of Heidi's favorite ways to spend spare time are rollerblading and riding her bike at the beach.

Petra Canales

Vice President, Marketing

Petra Canales is a Silicon Valley-grown, B2B tech, data-driven revenue marketing leader. A proven, award-winning, marketing shapeshifter and advisor for the past 20+ years, she has focused on building out and scaling modern marketing organizations, transforming GTM strategies, and re-engineering processes to eliminate barriers to pipeline leading to major market disruptions, hyper-growth, and turnarounds to help multinational companies achieve their next phase of growth. Petra’s areas of expertise are revenue marketing, digital marketing, paid media, search engine marketing, demand generation, multi-touch marketing, branding, messaging, change management, account-based marketing, business development and marketing operations. She has built and managed global marketing teams ranging in size from 2-60 members. A dedicated and collaborative leader with a people-first approach, Petra leads from behind and wholeheartedly supports and inspires her team to do great work and continuously improve.

Todd Henson

Vice President, Operations

Todd Henson serves as the Vice President of Operations at Input 1 where he leads the daily operations and client and customer experiences for Input 1’s Billing as a Service and Payments as a Service operations. Prior to Input 1, Todd served in a variety of leadership roles in insurance, education and edtech industries as well as spent 10 years working and living in Northeast Asia. Todd is forward-thinking and enjoys delivering unique solutions and transformative change. He is a servant leader and lifelong learner who has a passion for employee empowerment, systems and technology, continuous improvement and effective communication—much of which he sees as interconnected.

Melissa Kibrick, Ph.D.

Vice President, Client Success

As Input 1’s Vice President, Client Success, I work towards the joint success of Input 1 and our clients informed by best practices in SaaS delivery and learning science. I grew up in Moorpark, CA, then earned my Bachelor’s in Human Development and Cognitive Science at University of California, San Diego. I then went on to earn my Doctorate in Education Technology at University of California, Irvine. Outside of Input 1, I continue to grow and teach others to grow as a black belt in Tong Soo Do and the Girl Scout Leader for both of my daughters’ troops.

Joe Kim

Client Experience Manager

As a Client Experience Manager at Input 1, I can do what I really enjoy which is helping our clients realize the value they have in working with us. I’m excited to bring my passion and experience in customer relations every day to work and consider myself blessed to be a part this great team. I look forward to contributing to all the future success of Input 1. As a southern California native, I love being outdoors and enjoying the great weather. I love sports and rooting for most (not all) of our home teams, reading, Italian food, and going on road trips with my family.

Melinda Kinnsch

Assistant Vice President, Project Management

Currently, I am the AVP – Project Manager. I received my Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Software Application Programming Specialization from Colorado Technical University. In my spare time, I like to indulge in my hobbies, which include reading, horseback riding, fishing, hiking, and being on or near the ocean.

Tracy MacGugan

Assistant Vice President, Operations Support

I brought my considerable experience in IT Operations and Human Resources when I joined Input 1. I’m responsible for driving initiatives that maximize the quality of our processes and achieving operational excellence. I am also a certified Adaptive Business Continuity professional and oversee the continual improvements of Input 1’s business resiliency. I value personal growth and enjoy sharing my knowledge with others. In my free time, I love to read, attend live music venues, and go on adventures with my kids.

Jim Nowak

Regional Vice President of Sales, Mid-Western Region

Hi there, Jim Nowak here, and I am the Regional Vice President. I have been in the insurance industry for a while now, starting as a personal lines agent before moving into leadership positions in Sales, Underwriting and Operations. Since then, I have tried to make my way by keeping the “knuckle-headed stuff” off the desks of those I work with, and I continue to strive to make others’ jobs easier. I live in Midland, Michigan, with my family; although, my wife and I are quickly adapting to the “empty-nest”. Fun fact, my wife and I went to rival high schools in Metro Detroit and had mutual friends but never met until we both attended Central Michigan University (Fire Up, Chips!!) at the same time.

Maria Ramirez

Treasury Operations Manager

I am the Manager, Treasury Operations. During my time with Input 1, I continue to strive and expand knowledge within our departments. Ultimately, my aim is to uphold integrity, collaboration, and organization as my, and my team’s, values. I am a California native from North Hills, CA. Personally, I enjoy learning from other cultures, romance movies, and the occasional baking project.

Lynn Sandoval

Vice President, People and Culture

Lynn is passionate about understanding people's diverse backgrounds, unique personalities, skills, and experiences. She is motivated by the magic that happens when she can align who someone is with their work and team. Lynn has been SPHR certified since 2013 and SHRM-SCP certified since 2015 and is committed to the ongoing need to evolve the human resources profession to be "human". Lynn was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, and currently resides in Agoura Hills, California, with her husband, daughters, dogs, and chickens. She loves the outdoors and is an avid bookworm.

Pavel Terakopov

Assistant Vice President, Software Development

I was born in Moscow and went on to attend Moscow University of Electronics and Mathematics, where I received my Bachelor’s in Applied Math. I moved to the US when I was 23 and have been happily living in Los Angeles ever since. During my career, I worked as a software engineer/architect for several companies, including Washington Mutual, General Electric, Countrywide, and Realtor. I joined Input 1 as a Sr. Software Engineer and helped take PBS live. Shortly after, I was promoted to the lead position, then manager, and finally, AVP, Software Development. Much has happened during my time with Input 1 but if there is one accomplishment that I am most proud of, it would be building an outstanding team of exceptional software developers to support and develop the biggest and most complex system I’ve ever worked on. In my spare time, I enjoy woodworking in the shop I built in my garage and traveling abroad.

Linda Tergalstanian

Assistant Vice President, Broker Support

My family always called me a true “Californian” – I was born in Hollywood, CA, and have lived in Southern California my entire life. After attending California State University, Northridge, I received my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance. I believe we do our best when we show up and work together to achieve goals. I love learning, whether something new in the workplace or through life experiences. Being the youngest of 5, I have always been surrounded by many people which is why I frequently spend time with my closest friends and family. In my free time, I enjoy baking and going on several hour hikes.
