PBS Native Experience

We have updated the PBS login process for Full (Admin) Users.  You may have noticed that there is an additional button click required to now log in as a Full User in PBS. This is to accommodate the SSO (Single Sign On) functionality. If you do not have an SSO login, do not be worried. Please see the below guide on how to log in to PBS as a Full User using the updated log in page:

If you access your PBS login by navigating to the URL https://www.pbsnetaccess.com/default.aspx and select Admin as a User Type, on Continue you will arrive at the below page:

This is a change from the previous login experience. You will enter your PBS username on this page and click Next. If you are set up for SSO, you will navigate to a Microsoft login page. Otherwise, you will proceed to the familiar PBS login page that will display as follows:

At this page, you can log in as usual with your username and password. Your username should have carried over from the previous page. If you arrive on this page and would like to log in through SSO instead, you can click the “Log in with SSO” button to go to the first login page to enter your SSO username.
