Douglas Wong brings more than 14 years of leadership experience from ADP, where he progressed from Consultant to Executive through a career focused on execution, accountability, and results. With a background in human resources and SHRM certifications, Doug applies behavioral insight to complex operational and customer challenges.

He has led teams of more than 100 professionals and driven double-digit gains in customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue. His work spans customer lifecycle strategy, onboarding, analytics, CRM integration, and voice-of-customer programs, with an emphasis on building systems that scale.

Doug holds a BA in Psychology and is currently pursuing his Master’s degree at the University of Georgia. He works closely with executive teams to align customer experience, operations, and business priorities in support of sustained growth and long-term client value.
