In response to this, Input 1 has created electronic payment services that integrate
seamlessly with our Internet service offerings. Accounts-in-View
provides for online payment in the form of an electronic “check” or
a credit card payment from within the customer summary screen.
We built the electronic check component of the electronic payment service without
any external software or vendor. This means that customers that license this product
can take electronic payments without paying a fee to any outside vendor (exclusive
of standard bank fees for such services).
Credit card transactions require the use of a credit card transaction processing
service (offered by a bank or independent service provider) and to this end we have
created integrations with banks like
Comerica and with service providers such as
Authorize.net. Integrations with other banks and vendors are an ongoing
process so the list is growing regularly.
These payment services provide professional on-screen confirmations before submitting
payment, an instant email confirmation with a transaction number and specifics about
the transaction transmitted after the confirmation and an export function to transmit
the log of transactions to a receivable tracking system (e.g. Input 1’s Premium
Finance Loan Manager or another premium finance software system), a bank or any
other location for import and further processing.
