requests can be avoided. The agents and policyholders benefit from instantaneous
access to their account information and the premium finance company reduces operational
expenses in the process.
Using AIV, a premium finance company can offer agents and policyholders a variety
of services including on-line access to account information with options for holding
an imminent cancellation, making a payment by credit card or electronic check, printing
the next invoice for a customer, etc… Based upon security levels, producers
can view summary information or drill down to policy-level detail and even run a
report of accounts scheduled for cancellation or see confirmation of premium disbursements.
Salespeople and executives can view production and cancellation information in both
reporting and in graphical formats. Reports and graphs can provide summary or detailed
information and can be run by region, by salesperson or in total.
Account data is uploaded from your premium finance system to AIV and displayed
on your own customized web site. Vital account data is displayed and viewed by insureds,
agents, MGA's, carriers and premium finance company personnel. You determine the
access level for each user.

company logo and maintain the web site for you. We will work with your existing
software vendor to help complete an upload of account information on a routine basis.
