As experienced software developers and service providers for the premium financing industry, we at Input 1 understand the importance of making the premium financing process easy on the producing agent. “No keystrokes” is always the preferred method of operation and we make every effort to afford users of our system the easiest path to complete a transaction.

Realizing this goal required working with the leading P/C agency management system software companies to create a software integration that agents would find easy to use and would facilitate, not impede, the completion of the financing part of an insurance sale.

Input 1 currently offers integrations between QIV and the following agency management systems:

TAM from Applied Systems

AMS for Windows, AMS Online and Sagitta from AMS

WinFSC from FISERV FSC

Concept 1 from EPIC Solutions (general agency software)

We have also created a generic integration that, with the cooperation of the development team of the agency management system software company, can provide for integration with any agency management system software.

We call the concept of software integration “bridging”. Here is how our bridges work:

  1. The agent creates the customer file using their agency management system as they normally do.
  2. The agent selects the option to prepare a premium finance quote or execute the premium finance integration.
  3. The QIV bridge program captures the export of data from the agency management system, and passes this data to the user’s default web browser. This passage of data logs the user into the QIV quoting site, populates all necessary data fields with the data from the agency management system and displays a quote which can be printed, faxed or emailed in PDF (Adobe Acrobat) format.
