include a 401(k) managed by Fidelity Investments (the same program used by some of the largest corporations in the
U.S.) where the company matches $0.50 of every salary dollar invested into the plan up to 6% of an employee's pay.
The plan provides for 26 investment funds covering many categories of investments: Large, Mid and Small Cap Stock
Funds, International Funds, Blended Funds, Bond Funds and Short Term Investment (i.e. money market equivalent) Funds.
Additionally, we provide a government bond purchase program where employees can purchase U.S. savings bonds via automatic
deductions in their pay. Our retirement programs assist employees to secure their financial future.
