Pay and Benefits
Attracting and retaining energetic and talented people is a critical component of our business strategy. We recognize the need to provide competitive compensation programs and benefits. To this end, we are proud to offer a broad array of compensation and benefits to those that contribute to our success.
- Cash Compensation. We provide a cash compensation opportunity (including base pay, performance bonus, commissions, awards and other forms of earnings) that will attract, retain and motivate high performing employees. Your pay will be strongly influenced by the results you create and the overall business performance of the company.
- Paid Time Off. PTO (or “paid time off”) combines traditional vacation and sick leave plans into one flexible policy. Employees accrue PTO days in accordance with the following schedule:
- Four (4) months to one (1) year of employment the employee is entitled to seven (7) days
- After one (1) year of employment the employee is entitled to fifteen (15) PTO days each year
- After two (2) years of eligible service the employee is entitled to seventeen (17) PTO days each year
- After three (3) years of eligible service the employee is entitled to eighteen (18) PTO days each year
- After four (4) years of eligible service the employee is entitled to nineteen (19) PTO days each year
- After five (5) years of eligible service the employee is entitled to twenty (20) PTO days each year
- After six (6) years of eligible service the employee is entitled to twenty-one (21) PTO days each year
- After seven (7) years of eligible service the employee is entitled to twenty-two (22) PTO days each year
- After eight (8) years of eligible service the employee is entitled to twenty-three (23) PTO days each year
- After nine (9) year of eligible service the employee is entitled to twenty-four (24) PTO days each year
- After ten (10) years of eligible service the employee is entitled to twenty-five (25) PTO days each year
- Insurance. We provide a broad spectrum of medical benefits for our employees. All of our programs are from well-recognized preferred provider and health maintenance organizations. Both employees and family members are eligible for enrollment. Some of these items are paid for by the company and some may be optionally purchased by the employee with pre-tax dollars (see “Reimbursement Accounts” below). Categories of insurance include medical, dental, vision, accidental death and dismemberment and disability.
Retirement Planning
Helping our employees plan for their financial future is every important to us. Our financial security benefits include a 401(k) managed by Fidelity Investments (the same program used by some of the largest corporations in the U.S.) where the company matches $0.50 of every salary dollar invested into the plan up to 6% of an employee's pay. The plan provides for 26 investment funds covering many categories of investments: Large, Mid and Small Cap Stock Funds, International Funds, Blended Funds, Bond Funds and Short Term Investment (i.e. money market equivalent) Funds.
